Our Telkom Business lines have been down for a week.

The telephone tower in our area is down. Our Business's phones have been down for an entire week now. Multiple phone calls have been made to Telkom, a repairman even came to site and the phones are still not on. I have called 10210, 10213 and 10214. Not one of the technicians have helped me yet. They keep telling me to phone another number. I am now going to phone another number that was just given to me because, once again, the technician cannot assist me...***.
