Our telephone is out of order AGAIN.. No response

Our telephone line is out of order again, and have reported is more than a week ago, but still haven't received any response from the service team in our aero. Our line have been out of order a number of times, and the previous time we had to wait for more than a MONTH. Only after I reported it on Hellopeter, I got some response from Telkom.<br> <br> I am trying to contact the area manager but also get no response...<br> <br> We have to make all calls on our cellphones now, and it is costing us hunderds of rands. If Telkom is not able to service our lines and respond to our problem, they should not even be offering their services.<br> <br> We are seriously considering a satellite phone!!!!!<br> <br> <br>
