OTHERWISE KNOWN AS HELKOM

Telkom otherwise known as Helkom. I have been struggling with Telkom for YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARS. My Telkom speed is almost non existent. I was away until the 10th of this month. About a week later I got messages on my computer that all my data had been used up. The message says \You have reached your quota. Your account speed is now limited. Click for more options"This is IMPOSSIBLE. In all the years that I have been with Telkom I think we used up my data once when we had less data. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to them on the Telephone. IF you are SO LUCKY as to speak to someone who undesrstands English you dont get anywhere in anycase. You can hold on for up to an hour and when you do get through you can take hours trying to sort things out and they are never sorted out. I am at my wits end. This service provider is the worst but we are all in a very unfortunate position that they have the monopoly. I even EMAILED the customer care and they havent even had the COURTESY to respond to my email."""
