Other Amount in my Invoice

Wednesday (04/11/2015) via Facebook, I have sent the following query, but haven't gotten feedback yet.<br> <br> Can someone explain to me why am I having R299 amount in my invoice for please.<br> I am suppose to have R699, and the amount for 2 MultiSim (R18) only, not R299 coz I've never taken no addon data bundles last months.<br> There was no way I could have taken adhoc bundles coz I still had data at the end of last month.<br> <br> It is my understanding that any amount that was due to me from previous contract that I left for upward migration of 50GB contract has been paid up, and the outstanding one should be in the existing contract.<br> <br> So, where is the R299 for.<br> If your elaboration will be going back to the previous Internet 5 Gig Promo, please be prepared to explain the past two invoice amounts in details.<br> <br> <br> Thank you.
