Orders get closed without delivey

<p>I app**** to move my line from my old address to my new one. The order was confirmed and I even received a reference number and still have the full message I received when the order was confirmed.</p> <p> </p> <p>4 Days later I followed up on the progress as I was not contacted for a date or anything and when the lady helping me looked at my account, there was no order for a line move...</p> <p> </p> <p>Waiting on them for assistance and service, just to find out they STILL after years do not care and just let things slip. Horrible. I wish there was alternatives!!</p>
