Ordering of the new device

I ordered a Sumsang A51 with a smart watch and they processed my order and debited my account and told me that my device will be delivered within 7-14 days and now the device all of the sudden is out of stock with no idea when will it be.... This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable, the attitude of their stuff is shocking, how do they get the audacity to debit the account and then tell you after, mind you when you follow up that there is no stock and they do not know when will it be available..... I mean if you do not know who the F** is supposed to know and is as if they are not bothered.... #ICASA needs to interfere telecommunications are taking us for a ride and infringing on our rights as customers, this is utterly ridiculous, when they were unable to answer my questions they dropped the call on my ear, is a pity that I didn't get the consultant's name but his surname is Naidoo, I am not happy and will definitely not recommend telkom to anyone one and most certainly not going to upgrade my other existing lines I have with them, such poor treatment and terrible service
