Ordering of new devices bad service

I ordered and confirmed the order for a Hauwei p30 lite yet i received a Hauwei p40 lite... i cannot use this phone as there is no way to install the google services apps on the phone... hence ordering the p30 lite in the first place... so i call 081180 to rectify this just to be told to call 10213... just so i again can be told to call 081180... Im getting no joy in trying to get the actual phone I ordered and this Hauwei p40 lite is completely useless to me as i require google services... simple things like gmail, google drive and ... CONTACTS which is a near impossible pain to try and migrate from my existing phone.
