Ordered tablet months ago, paid - never received!!

I ordered a tablet from Telkom and it was approved on a monthly deal. I actually paid the first installment MONTHS ago. I never received the tablet and never heard from Telkom again. I obviously queried the fact that I was paying for a device that I have never received but of course Telkom hasn't gotten back to me (They said 10 working days, it's been 30). Would love to know where my tablet is and who has it and why I have never received it or if I ever will? Would be great. Not sure where you would have these details but I app**** ONLINE and Telkom called me, told me I was approved and that my device would be with me shortly. This was almost 3 months ago now. Anyone?
