Ordered R699 LTE deal but no delivery.

I went online and asked for someone to call me back regarding the Telkom R699 LTE deal which was done in Lightning Speed. An agent came out to my house and did a speed test which I was happy with so I signed up for the deal. I was told that I would receive a delivery within 2 days but a week later I am still waiting. I have phoned the agent I dealt with who assured me that I would receive delivery yesterday but nothing arrived, I called him this morning and he said it was on delivery today but nothing has arrived. Tired of waiting so I have e-mailed him to cancel the deal. I will look elsewhere for a suitable deal.
