Ordered LTE 06/01/2016 - still waiting

Ordered LTE, got ticket number via email. Nothing further.<br> <br> Tried to follow up with call centre, phoned 3 times, on hold for 10 min, 20 min and 20 min each time.<br> <br> Got through on 20th, completed order with Sabelo R on phone. He said I will get delivery in 5-7 days.<br> <br> 1 Week later another person from Telkom phoned to confirm that an order has not been placed and will follow up with Sabelo R. I also sent him 2 emails with no response.<br> <br> Was put on hold again yesterday for 26 min.<br> <br> What do I have to so to speak to anybody at Telkom?
