Ordered Fibre, 2 months still no delivery, cant pay telkom online anymore, sent to supermarkets to pay account

Two problems, one, always paid accounts online, after upgrade function not available. Went to Telkom branch, Mall@ Reds, was sent to Woolworths to pay the account, could not even pay it at Telkom. Funny Telkom have otsourced their function to Woolies, wow.

My Wife phones the call centre to fix the option, did not get assistance, was advised to visit a number of shopping centres to pay the bill.

Problem 2 - Reported after the supposed upgrade to Fibre, two months now after my last complaint on Hello Peter. It seems Telkom just doesn't care about their market at all. thios is the supposed upgrade speed test:

The Telkom Promise: Up to 20Mbps Fibre download speed Up to 10Mbps Fibre upload speed 100GB SoftCap Data Free Night Surfer Data (between 12 Midnight - 7AM) 1 Email account (with 3GB of storage and 5 aliases)

The Telkom Actual after upgrade to 20Mbps: Ping 30ms Downnload 13.89Mbps - Upload 0,88Mbps

Moral of the story, Telkom cannot deliver what they promise, and probably believe they are dealing with fools who don't know any better? Is this now a reflection on BCX too?

Thanks Tumelo for your reply, The sync rate is still 17.89 Mbs but what concerns me is the the poorest upload speed of 0.89Mbps, Ping improved to 17.9Mbs. THIS is not what Telkom advertised. See what I copied off the website I ordered off. "Up to 20Mbps Fibre download speed """Up to 10Mbps Fibre upload speed""" 100GB SoftCap Data Free Night Surfer Data (between 12 Midnight - 7AM) 1 Email account (with 3GB of storage and 5 aliases) The other big question, are we on the Fibre we ordered? or is this VDSL which we did NOT order? Is Telkom serious about client satisfaction? Dr Cliff Ferguson, a supporter of Good business.
