Ordered a router 2 weeks back

Ordered a router 2 weeks back. The first consultant tried to be kind but she was not transparent. I was surprised when i got a call that my router is on the way that moment they didn't send me any documents or notification on my email. They delivered to the wrong address since they were not communicating with me. So i called for it to be delivered to the correct address. They said it's going to be delivered Monday this week i waited and nothing happened, I've been calling from last week and I'm getting different stories from different consultants. I'm very disappointed coz i trusted telkom. They were rude n not willing to assist, is like I'm forcing them to assist me. But it made sense because also truecaller reviews were bad, so i guess it's their habit
