Ordered a product, never received. No feedback

Telkom ran a special in March for a data package that includes 5gb data and a Huawei wifi router for R99. I ordered the package in March, they phoned me once to complete the order, but the call dropped. The sales lady didn't bother to phone back. <br> <br> I've sent them many email and tried to use the chat functionality online. I get no reply from emails, and someone on the chat said they'll contact me asap. I am still waiting<br> <br> Can I please get some feedback on this matter, or must I take my business elsewhere?
