Ordered a phone, still nothing!

My husband ordered a phone from Telkom on the 4th December 2018, they called him and confirmed all his details and got another call from the delivery person saying he will receive the phone on Friday the 7th December 2018....

To date still have not received anything and useless call center not picking up their phones, should have went straight to Vodacom...
