Ordered a phone but no feedback

<p>I ordered a phone and they sent an email saying they received my order and an agent was gonna call back and confirm the order then......... NOTHING! I just want to know what I can do to cancel the order. I tried the call center but I've been on hold for a total of about 2 hours now. </p>
