ORDERED A PHONE 2 WEEKS AGO AND NO DELIVERY
I ordered a phone (Tablet 4) on the 4th of February 2014. The debit order for the phone went off on the 6th February 2014 and I was informed the phone would be delivered in 5 - 7 working days. Today being the 18 February 2014, i contacted customer services and was told that they would call me back and I have received no call at all. I am thoroughly dissapointed at the service of telkom and the fact I have received no feedback what so ever!
