Ordered a month ago, but still waiting.

I ordered SmartBroadband Uncapped Wireless from Telkom's website on the 20 February. I then received an email saying I would be called back. After a week of waiting I started trying to get them to phone me. They finally phoned on 14 March and said they would install within 5 to 7 working days. It's now 25 March and more than 7 working days have passed, without any installation.<br> It has been more than a month since I app**** and still waiting for installation. I really hope Telkom does something about this soon.
