Ordered a line, no sms or communication thereafter

I have sent an online request to Telkom to get a new line. The first time I got called back and the lady said that she has system problems and will call me right back. I waited a few days and eventually sent a new request. Another lady then called me back and gave me wonderful service did everything and advised me that I will receive an sms with confirmation and that a technician will be in contact with me for installation. None of the above happened. A few days later I sent an online request to customer car "Follow up Orders" and no one called me back. I did receive 2 emails that they tried to contact me but I have no missed calls and have my phone with me all the time due to the urgency of the matter. Frustrated I sent a new sales request thinking that nothing went through. Not successful. Now, I am frustrated to the top and just want communication and my landline installed. It is because of this reason I was reluctant to use Telkom because of poor poor service levels.
