Ordered a fixed line over a month ago and I still have nothing

I ordered the line, was given a reference number, contacted once and then nothing!!!! Tried to enter my details on the website to be contacted from Telkom's side and still nothing!!! It is for my business and it is costing me lots of extra money not having this line!!!!!!! Pleeeeeaaaassssseeeee get back to me!!!!!
