Order Upgrade crisis

My experience with Telkom is the worst, i have been called so many times to upgrade my contract and finally agreed only to be sent from pillar to post. Each consultant tells a different story and my order was cancelled without consultation. Nobody really cares if the customer is satisfied or not. to think i ported from MTN for this, id rather go back where i feel valued as a customer
