Order taking too long

I purchased a phone from a store, but unfortunately, the phone wasn't in stock at the time. The store assured me that I would receive the phone within 7-14 business days. However, it has now been three weeks, and the phone still hasn't arrived at the store. I reached out to Telkom for clarification, but their response wasn't particularly helpful. They advised me to continue contacting the store for updates. I went to the store but they still don't have stock and they are not sure when I will get the device
