Order reject after weeks of waiting without reason

<p>I have ordered Smartbroadband package weeks ago only to find out today that my order has been rejected without any valid reason.</p> <p> </p> <p>It cannot be because of financial reasons, because I recently got a salary raise. In fact I can even afford 183x the same order per month with my salary.</p> <p> </p> <p>It cannot be because of some credit rating, because Telkom accepted my other order I have request at the same time and deliver the phone last week.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why is this order so special that it gets rejected?!?</p>
