Order Processing - Installations

To Whom It May Concern:<br> <br> I ordered two Telkom ADSL lines for two different properties on the same day (4 September 2015) at the Cresta Mall branch, was assisted by a lady named Nina.<br> <br> After two weeks I received a date for the one address (being installed tomorrow) but not for the other one which is actually the important one for me as initially indicated.<br> I went to the store again, only to find out my order was not processed with the other one.<br> No one was willing or able to schedule installation for this week as promised on the 4th.<br> <br> I am without connectivity, which is very bad as I, being a postgraduate student and an executive running a business, am falling behind with my work.<br> I was promised that I will have a ADSL line installed by the 15th of September. <br> <br> I am very unhappy, I need my ADSL line by Friday.<br> My order number is CM727604 <br> <br> Please help me!!!!<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Edwin Botha<br>
