Order processing

I have had the worst experince ever at telkom been a loyal customer for the longest of time decided to get a contract with them which has turned in to a nightmare the lack of communication and not meeting any expectations that they meet nightly disappointed that I should do the following up all the time . After deducting my funds still no order no way forward just run around.
