Order over 21 days

Placed an order for my ADSL line through Afrihost and 17 days later followed up with 10210 and advised that a problem on my line. No explanation what the problem is. Been told to have patience. Since 2013 I have been waiting for a line amd was told ports are full. Now its a problem with my line. Funny thing is that i get a call from a survey company asking if im satisified with the service. **** service i say!
