Order not yet received, and NO FEEDBACK

I app**** for Telkoms LTE deal online and was told that the device would be delivered within 5-7 days. It's almost 2 weeks ago. There still has been no delivery and the number 10213 gets no answer , I have phoned various times, and keeps putting me on hold.<br> <br> I even tried filling in my detail online to get a agent to call me back.<br> <br> I went into a telkom store, even there they told me that they cant help me.<br> <br> This is really poor service.
