Order not delivered in 5 days promised
we ordered an iphone 6 on smartplan 100, for R449 pm, three weeks back and debit order went off on the 01/03/2016, and we were assured delivery as soon as debit order has been processed, that deliery can be expected up to 5 days working days, I called 10213 to follow up which kept me holding for about an hour till the consultant answered, but the line was cut off. we need an update on progress and on when delivery will be made. can someone please follow up on this and get this sorted.
