Order not delivered

I ordered an upgrade for a phone and a laptop deal on the 26th of November via a call centre. Orders were issued on the same day. On Tuesday I followed up on the order and I was informed it is with a courier company called Courier It. I was given a telephone no ***. I called at least 4 times between 1st Dec and 2nd Dec and all staff said they have no record of the order. I called Telkom about 15 times trying to track an order following is one of the reference ***. Each and everyone said something different. when all I need is for them so send me the devices.

I have not dealt with such frustrating company. None of them have a mandate to transfer me to a senior personnel nor can locate these orders. Can someone ensure that my order get to me today I can even go and pick up from a nearest shop if they are unable to courier to me.

I have been with Telkom for over 6 years and to be told they have a wrong address is totally absurd when they have been delivering to me in the previous years with no hassles.
