Order not completed

Telkom's customer experience and service is pathetic! Clients are send from pillar to post with no solution. I app**** for a land line, technician came out for installation and found that there is an existing land line from previous owners. My line is not active yet and no one can advise what is going on with my account or how I can activate my line. Sales sends me to Technical and Technical sends me to Sales. Which is quite frustrating!
