Order Not Closed

This has been a very poor service provided by telkom , i installed fibre two days ago , the lady from sales told me that my order will be closed within 24 hours , i am still waiting for my order to be closed and my fibre line to be activated , surely it cannot take this long to activate a fibre line , telkom boasts about customer service , but i am yet too see this become true , i am terribly dissapointed in telkom , and ive only haerd good things about them , clearly those peple dont sit with the problems i do , Awaiting your reply ????????
