Order not arriving

I have been trying to get hold of Telkom sales on 10213 and have been listening to their music for half a day and nobody is picking up their number. They are quick to sell stuff to a person, promise you 5 working days to deliver, and after 2 and a half weeks I went to find another solution. Only after 2 and a half weeks do they arrive at my doorstep wanting to deliver the order. Now I try to get hold of the department and have no joy as nobody is answering their calls. This is useless.
