<p>On 2017-04-11 I placed a call to the telkom sales department and app**** for the uncapped LTE i spent almost an hour on this call and was provided with the reference NTI ********** 1002, i was told it would be 5 to 10 working days for the delivery to take place. I called back 2017-04-26 to find out the process of my order and was informed that there was no history or anyy indication that i ever app**** for this contract. The agents told me that the reference number could be ****d by the call centre agent who took my call. Now i am sitting without any order and only lies from telkom, i am very uphappy about this. What kind oof business is telkom running where their sales agents lie and give out false order numbers.</p>
