Order lost??????

Good day,<br> <br> I was very excited to be getting LTE-A for my home. I enquired on the website and was contacted almost immediately. Very good service here. However, since agreeing to terms over the phone I have had 0 luck getting through to anybody relevant. The last time I spoke with someone my order was placed incorrectly for a package I didn't want, I asked them to cancel my order.<br> <br> I have been trying to get hold of a sales agent at \Dales Direct"whom apparently are doing the sales"
