Order logged before any expiry date or time.

Thursday (30/11/17) I logged an order for the big November deal. Received an email stating someone will call me in the next 48 hours. I received a call late morning Friday (1/12/17) regarding my logged order. Lady asked with product I was wanting, I informed her of the big November deal to which she said it expires 30/11/2017. When I disputed that she said your order needed to be completed by 6pm. I placed my order on the 30/11/2017 order confirmation came through to my emails at 17:52. As you can see, my order was logged before any expiry date or time.
