ORDER HAVEN'T BEEN APPROVED FOR 3 WEEKS +

I changed ISP from another service provider to Telkom they have delivered the router and the I have existing infrustraucture still no connection. I app**** on the 12 March 2021 Ref No. ***8 Object No. VT-NW-OB-1847 today its 30 March still no connection. I am calling Telkom almost daily and being told different story today I was told "we having technical issues" I chose 100/100mag line under Vumatel and if not connected this week will call in to cancell and apply with another ISP..
