Order for wireless broadband not created

I app**** for wireless broadband with Telkom. It was preapproved and the initial amount was debited from my account. I was told by Ms. Ngcobo that it would be delivered and installed on Monday 2 November. It was not. I spoke to someone who said it would be delivered by today. It has not been.<br> I have just been informed, after repeatedly emailing a call centre agent, that the order has not yet been created. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
