Order declined during credit vetting

I've been waiting for ages for this exact August LTE promo, so I app**** for it online. My application was eventually declined due to credit vetting. I have no idea why I would be declined due to a bad credit record. I even went on clearscore and my credit score is good according to them. I also have another contract at Telkom and they have no problem taking my money every month for that. Some clarity would be welcomed.
