Order cancelled without consent

I had requested for a telephone jack to be installed, i was give a order number. I constantly followed up with the call centre and was told order was with the technical division. Three weeks later i am told that the order was cancelled. However they cannot provide me with details of who cancelled it and they have a different order number to the one i was given in the Telkom store
