Order ***. Is it a contract or not?

I app**** for a do Basic (R399/pm) and was told when signing up that it is a month to month, not a contract.<br> <br> After signing up for do Basic I noticed that the Telkom Brochure says that do Basic is subject to a 24 month contract. I was unable to contact 10210 or Liberty Mall Telkom therefore i am posting this here as i do not wish to be tied down to a 24 month contract.<br> <br> Please confirm that this order (***) is NOT a contract. If it is a contract cancel this order and do not proceed with installation of telephone line and ADSL line.
