Oppo Reno 5 refused by Telkom

I bought a reno oppo 5 contract with Telkom. I have cracked my screen and the led screen isn't working. Upon asking for the contract they asked if I wanted insurance. I said is it necessary and they said no there is coverage for two years. Springs Mall Telkom treated me terribly and were so ****** to me. It ws totally disgusting where they refused to help me fix my phone.
