Openserve's pathetic customer service

Good day. I app**** for a fibre deal with openserve and was advised that installation would be done on 30/01/2022. The guys came and did the cabling, and then advised that openserve would come the next day, or by latest Tues - 01/02/2022 to put in the router. It is now the 5th of February and my installation has not been completed, and i am still not connected. Openserve has the worst customer service ever. Appointments are made by them, and we are then advised that they will "try" to come. I am totally fed up with the back and forth, as well as very disappointed with openserve. Why make appointments and promises that u cannot keep???
