OpenServe Service is Trash

I have never received such bad service in my life. I am moving houses thus we are moving to an area with open serve and i was currently directly with telkom. Open serve technicians arrived to install but they did not activate my wifi/ fibre. I am currently without wifi and i cannot get hold of anyone from open serve or telkom. The sad part is that I work from home and i pay my premiums every month without fail but telkom or open serve cannot provide simple service as making sure that the wifi is connected correctly and that i have internet access.
