Openserve Rudeness

Talk about rude and arrogant. When a man phones a client - surely he is meant to be polite and civil... Not this man.... We did experience trouble over the weekend with our Telkom ADSL Broadband line. On phoning the helpline - a young lady by the name of Busisiwe assisted us - she was wonderful. She put the request through for the technicians to solve the problem. Down to the fact that she even phoned back to do a check up with us.

We don't need an arrogant, rude, black man thinking that he can talk to me like i was a piece of *******. Who pays their salaries? I take offense to any person - speaking to me like that, especially if we pay them to do a job...
