Openserve and Telkom. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!

Below zero rating PATHETIC service. I moved from KZN to Gauteng. Have had no internet for A MONTH now despite numerous emails. Every time they "sort" the transfer out with OPENSERVE, they keep sending a technician to active the transfer to my OLD ADDRESS in KZN. Neither companies have direct phone numbers (?)
