Openserve and Telkom

Land line and internet down for more than a week. They break the lines but wants access to the house to fix it. Why does these people wants to get into our houses so bad. They break it from the outside...fix it from the outside.

What Telkom and Open Serve are doing is...in order for the technical guys to meet their requirements of 20 clients per day..they delibitly break it so we the clients log an service error and the technical guy can ..fix..it.
