Opensave & telkom misdiagnosis

AM SO UPSET!!!. BOTH ROUTER''S THE TELKOM AND OPENSAVE SHOWED ONLY THE POWER LIGHT ON. I CALLED AND CONSULTANTS ASSURED ME IT WAS A LINE PROBLEM . IT BLINKED ONCE & LOS WAS RED THEN AFTER OFF AGAIN . On MY 5th CALL THEY STILL TOLD MD MY LINE WAS Faulty they sent the technician who said my telkom router was damaged... & adviced I should buy a new one or go to a telkom store . I went telkom steeledale, I was told the router was fine . To my surprise my router us fine the problem was really the line. I might not have wrote everything in detail but I really feel I was misdiagnosed and probably going to be charged for a call out fee which I was miss informed.

I feel they just say whatever , just to ****** a call out fee from clients
