Openline to top contract No help 10213 and 081180 all of them cant help

I had to call Telkom 10213 number everyay to get my phone and sim sorted this took 3weeks of calling everyday now my contract is on an open line instead of top up which was never communicated to me I'm being charged extra and I call everyday for the past 1 week and all they do is transfer department t department no one can help me
