Opening specials not stocked

When the new Menlyn branch opened there were a number of opening specials. Example: Samsung Galaxy S4 mini. I understand that these were subject to availability, but every time I asked they told me that they would probably be getting new stock and I should come back. I returned 3-4 times and each time told the same until yesterday when told the special is now finishing.<br> <br> Something is not right with this: if Telkom has no intention of delivering more stock, the sales people MUST be told so they do not peddle nonsense to the customer. After my experience, I can fully understand why the Telkom store is almost empty while the Vodacom store next door is brimming with activity. The level of service and feedback is shocking. Also, when you get to the store there are 5 people sitting behind their counter and not one gets up to assist.
