Opening My ISP Port

hi, i have been struggling since November 2015 to get telkom to open ports 80 and 37777 on my adsl line so that i can set up remote access for my ip camera system. they managed to open port 37777 but port 80 is still closed. when i phoned them yesterday to open port 80 they told me there is no one there that knows how to do it. I gave my cell nr to them and they promised me they will let some one contact me, but nothing is happening. Is there anybody that can help with this.Please.
