Open Serve Uncompleted installation issue

I have a terrible experience with Open Serve - been waiting nearly 3 weeks now for an unfinished installation to be completed.

I am so unhappy and frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How difficult can it be to get a job done??

I have had to make a dozen queries and phone calls and each time the response is that it is getting escalated - and then NOTHING....
